So, if Rizzi had to become the HC, who would be his OC if Klint left for another position?
I would prefer he brings someone from Detroit.I don't think we have to worry about that. I think the most likely scenario would be if Aaron Glenn came and agreed to keep the offensive staff but Kubiak had already left. I'm guessing we would offer the job to Janoko.

Promote Jonoko maybe? I'd like to think he'd try to retain him. No one suffered more injuries than the Kubiak's Clan and so it's a legit reason for his struggles. Perhaps one more year in the system will cause the penalities to decrease??So, if Rizzi had to become the HC, who would be his OC if Klint left for another position?

In all fairness, the last 5-6 games of last season is what boosted our rankings . After that Falcons game where didn't score a TD, we were averaging 20.8 PPG. We finished this season with 19.9 PPG with Carr missing nearly half the season. There are things that Kubiak could have done better but I also understand that it wasn't an apples to apples comparison either. The fact that Kamara looked better in the run game than he has since 2020 was enough for me to see what Kubiak could do with a healthy team. I just don't like the feeling that Taysom was the engine that made this thing run....Rizzi is getting an interview out of common courtesy. I dont think we need to worry about who is OC might be.
And Im fine with Kubiak walking.
Carmichael 2022 - 19th yardage, 22nd points
Carmichael 2023 - 14th yardage, 9th points
Kubiak 2024 - 21st yardage, 24th in points
If youre counting, Kubiaks offense had the lowest ranking in both yardage and points during the last 3 years.
Also, Fire Loomis.
