Teams have clouds and players in each clouds have similar grades. You could have a DT, TE, WR , CB in a cloud that are separated but 1-3 pts. Let's say that Jeanty is a 9 and Carter is a 9.2 and Tet is a 8.9 and Warren is a 8.9 and Graham is a 8.8 . If when #9 come around and out of that cloud Jeanty , Warren and Tet are the only ones there, it will be which is the bigger need.
Just because Jeanty is .1 graded better than Warren or Tet does not mean he will be picked
