I'll wait and see how the team evolves over the next 3-5 years. I don't expect for a complete turnaround in year 1 or 2, but the 3rd year will be the defining year whether the team has an upward or downward trend.

I'm pretty curious if it follows a similar path to Payton. Moore's 1st year boost gets the team the division title they could have won last year, but then the age of the roster catches up to them for two years before a bigger breakout in year 4.
