I want Kyren Lacy and Jaxson Dart in the draft (32 Viewers)

Evaluate Rattler as a starting QB for a season. Draft a legitimate franchise QB in the top 10 of 2026 if Rattler isn’t the answer.

Another competition QB is an incredibly wasted pick. Saints need to add starting talent at other positions at the top of the draft.

Agreed. We absolutely should not draft a QB in this draft. We have Carr, Rattler and I'd still sign Daniel Jones for a look especially if Joe Brady ends up the HC. This is the draft to build the foundation around a future QB1, not draft a QB1 in a weak af QB draft.

Sure, but Harris is likely a mid-to-late first or early 2nd guy right?
Mid 2nd rounder from what I’ve seen. He would be well worth that pick.

All the talk about needing to see what we have in Rattler, well we also need to give him a true #1 receiver. Olave cannot fill that role as we have found out, the punishment is just to much.

Lacy maybe but hard pass on Dart.

The last thing the Saints need to do is waste a pick on what would be at best a project QB!

Too many other needs to waste a pick 3 years in a row on a maybe at the QB position.

I want Tre Harris

6’3 physical receiver would pair well with Olave and he can be a true #1 receiver
I really want McMilan but doubt he'll be there when we pick in the 1st but Harris will be the next best thing in the 2nd. Best would be Graham in the 1st and Harris in the 2nd

I’m good with either from round 4 and on…. We need to be collecting high upside QBs with mobility and potential X WRs like infinity stones in the later rounds. Wouldn’t touch either til after round 3 though.

I want Mason Graham in the 1st and Tate Rutledge in the 2nd.

IMO Lacy has all the physical tools to be a very good NFL WR. He has size, good speed and hands. I think his route running could use work though. This was supposed to be his year to show out as the #1 WR since Nabors and Thomas left. There were some games he did look very good and some games he was non-existent.

If Lacy is there in the #3rd or #4th round, then I would love to grab him and Mason Taylor.
Lacy also has this innate ability to drop easy passes in crucial situations. He will be money for the duration of the game, then have a costly drop. Like he loses focus or something. But, when he’s on, he’s stellar.

He kinda reminds of DJ Chark. A good WR who can be explosive, but suffers from the drops. Chark has a 9.3% drop rate in the NFL with a 7% drop rate at LSU. Lacy has an 11.5% drop rate in college which peaked at 18.5% in his last year at ULL, while his lowest was 9.1% in 2023 at LSU. If he hasn't done the summer of 10K catches yet, he probably needs to or do something to work on his drops. If he doesn't address that, he'll be an over 10% drop rate WR in the NFL and that's not good.
