Lol, not tunnel vision. You said what you said. You just want a comfortable victory when in reality, that is not going to happen every week. The goal is to score more than the opposition and prevent the other team from scoring more than you. The NFL is averaging less than 22 points (21.6) from all 32 teams. So, we scored more than the average

Duh. And you think the defense holding the opposition to zero TDs and still losing a game happens very often? Almost never in today's NFL. It's simple, the offense and special teams can't spot 14 points and expect the defense to hold up the entire game. It's precisely the reverse of when Drew and the offense would tear up defenses but would still lose because defenses couldn't get stops throughout the game. It has to be balanced or you won't win much more than 50% of your games.

There was nothing balanced about the last 2 games.

Doesn’t matter what flukiness happens during a game. If you have the chance to win with 60 seconds, then the defense has to hold. Had they held, then we wouldn’t be having this conversation, and you wouldn’t be so angry about it. It’s simple. We had a chance to win despite injuries, bad luck, and flukiness. You still have to bring home the victory. No one’s job ends until the final whistle.
