I would like to think that before someone applies for a HC spot, they have spoken with the coaches they would hire to be on their staff and keep them informed of the process. I think we will still get good coaches for our team.

Also, I think once this coming year is over and the choices he made for coaches aren't panning out to his liking, they'll get replaced.
