24/25 EPL season (15 Viewers)

City is trolling
Has to be - they’re trying to get me to say the season is in doubt
Twice bitten thrice shy
Not gonna do it
Yeah, even with Liverpool winning again (Salah!), City are still only five points behind. I'd be very surprised if they kept dropping points. Let's see where we're at after the next couple of games (especially Liverpool v City on December 1st...).

I've only just stumbled across this thread - I'm a lifelong Ipswich fan (went to my first game in 1983!) but as we only got promoted to the Prem in May, I guess it's no surprise I hadn't paid attention here in previous seasons.....

Anyway, if anyone here is looking for a (new) team to follow and likes to cheer for the underdog, why not keep an eye on Ipswich? Lots of history and we play attacking football under one of the best young managers in the league, but given the financial disparity between the well established EPL teams and teams that get promoted, if we don't get relegated it will be a massive achievement.

Plus we beat Spurs last week, and everyone likes to laugh at Spurs, right? :giggles:

since Kane left I have no issues with Spurs

i'd tried to follow the underdog when Bournemouth got promoted - I no longer seek underdogs

now I just chase Yanks and laugh at ManU (and I have no idea why, but I've very much enjoyed Everton dropping to the bottom of the table )

Well Ipswich's next game is against Man U, so here's hoping you get to laugh at them some more!

No Saints game today?

No worries...the Saints of the EPL !!!

@DoubleSaint ...don't wanna jinx but what a break just now.
