I haven't seen this discussed previously & thought it was the case, but wanted to go back & double check by reviewing the game again. But besides penalty, the Saints offense never had a negative yardage play the whole game. I don't remember the last time this has happened. But I'm pretty sure it isn't too often that occurs.

I think that is a huge positive for Bridgewater that goes unnoticed many times. This guy hardly ever has a negative yardage play.

I think this also says a lot about how much better the line played compared to the Dallas game. I think they were sick of looking at game film and seeing all of the screwups from the previous week. Also, the rookie, McCoy was much better. Once he becomes more consistent, that will be huge for the offense.

And as a reminder, those results were:

<> No TFL's
<> No Sacks
<> No QB hits

That, my friends, is literally KICK ARSE!!!!

:gosaints:
Those are pretty tough stats to beat. I wonder if anyone has stats on how many times the Saints have done that in their history. I mean you can flat out dominate a game & still have one, or two negative plays. To not have any must be rare.
