My question about Parker is if he is so good why would Payton let him leave after the 23 season ?

Now with a group of 30 year olds running the coaching side--lets get younger on the player side of the ledgerThat was a really nice read. What an interesting twist that would be to have a couple of 30-year-olds running things.
One way to shrink the pool of coaches that want to work for you is to block coaches from getting promotions.Who knows. Maybe he didn’t along with Payton or strongly wanted a change of scenery, or perhaps wanted to get back to the northeast region that he’s from. He also worked with Fangio before in Denver, so maybe that part intrigued him as well.
Could be many reasons that don’t suggest the coach isn’t good.
I saw that too. WTH?!!!
Man, that stinks. He's like the top or one of the top 3 posters on here.I saw that too. WTH?!!!
I read a post of his from around 10:00 last night, and this morning he is banned. Can't help but wonder what happened? In every thread I've crossed paths with him, he brings solid facts, logic, analysis and conclusion to that topic. I don't always agree with him....often I do....but when I don't, I can't fault his logic; I just don't share his perspective. And he's never been crappy about a disagreement. At least not with me.
I certainly haven't seen a pattern or history of antagonistic or any other behaviors that are ban-worthy. And I can't believe that a one-time offense earns a lifetime ban. I have to believe I've missed something somewhere else. Anyone know what happened with EJW?
No matter the cause...dayummm....I rather enjoyed his thoughts and insights...even when I disagreed. I have to believe there's more here than I know about; but without knowing more, it feels like his absence will be more of a net LOSS, than a net positive. Gonna miss ya EJW.

Damn, what happened?
Damn, what happened?
This would be welcome news, if true. Do you KNOW this, or just speculating? Or maybe you know him in the real world? If you know the dude, please pass along that I (and others!) look forward to his return! Not all bans are permanent. Looks like he'll be back next week.

This board needs MORE of what he brings to the table, not less. Well, maybe less of whatever got him banned. But other than that....MORE. When I see EJW threads, I always click on through because I know I'm going to get informed about something. Interesting dude!
EJW is a great poster , I agree with most of what he says ,not everything but most. I think he used the word " Repulsive " in describing a player and a coach. But I could be wrong
