NFL Draft Alabama Guard Tyler Booker? (14 Viewers)

Would love to have him on the team. We need guards badly.

Love this:
Tyler Booker is an offensive guard for the Alabama Crimson Tide football team. He's known for his raw power and finishing mentality, and some say he could go even higher in the draft. Booker's versatility was evident when he started at left tackle against USF. He also led IMG Academy to a national championship as a sophomore right tackle. Booker's ideal weight distribution gives him tackle length and influence as a pass protector.

Who I really really like at guard this year are Grey Zabel and Tate Ratledge

People don’t see how much of an athletic freak Tate is for his size. He could be the best guard from this draft.
Zabel's feet looked slow & heavy when he played OG in the Senior Bowl.
He looked descent at C.

You are 100% correct about Rateledge!

As much as some of our fans hate it... an OT can be moved to OG.

I'm pretty low on Booker. He's definitely scheme dependent. I've got a 3rd round grade on him.

"I can't move but you're not moving me" type of guard. He is absolutely horrific in space. Do not ask him to move. Ever.

That’s fair about Zabel, he played tackle in college so there’s an adjustment, but I do firmly believe Tate has a best chance of being the best G from this draft.

Mbow from Purdue has a ridiculous ceiling as a guard. He is a special mover and can pull with the best of em.

He definitely needs some work to get there however he's pretty raw. He's also a bit light in the pants.

For sure, pro bowl guard potential but I see him at RT in the league.

I don't think he can play OT on the league. He's got really small arms. 32".
Sure but that’s not always the end all be all, I know it’s a different position but people say the same thing about Trey Hendrickson, you might be right tho. Anyways I’d love him at guard for us
