Why don't the airlines just add a "Safe Landing" Fee? And an "On Time" and "Correct Date" fee?

I dont think she should get 5 mil. The cost of the contents of her luggage and the fee, which is probably less than attorney's fees.

For all the people saying Southwest is the best, I have to disagree, slightly.
While I enjoy their service and higher chances of getting you to your destination on time, I have noticed that their flights, other than short direct flights, are much more expensive than say, a Delta airlines, baggage fees included.
I fly twice a month at least to Louisville, from New Orleans, and after flying for several months on Southwest, I realized even if I check in two bags on Delta, my cost was still lower.
Just one example.
