Honestly it may be a blessing in disguise. I feel like we need to move on from Peat and it may be difficult contractually, but I'm not mad at exploring other options. Who knows what type of trade partner we could find if someone thinks Peat is exactly what they need. Maybe they have a player and contract that they don't want anymore but fits our needs. That may be total BS as I'm not a cap guru by any means so my thought process may be illogical

I'll put his fragile and off injured body aside and just want to wish the guy a full and speedy recovery. The guy doesn't try to get injured and most of the injuries he has had have been serious issues. Unfortunately he is just not reliable and Coach Payton can assess next year if we will keep him another year or cut the cord and move on - cap hit or otherwise!
