Herbstreit and Michaels couldn't talk more about the Rams. It is sickening. You are there to announce the damn game and not show any bias. The Saints make a play, they mention the play, and then back to the Rams appreciation. I hate the Thursday crew. I know other Announcers show bias but this was really bad.

It’s a Rams home game.
They have a coach that is on the way to the Hall.
Stafford is in the middle of making his case.
Meanwhile the Saints are in the post Brees run.
The Rams were the story.

Smart business. I mean the game is hosted at the NFL Network Headquarters.

We have got to be the most boring offense to watch in the entire league. No reason for them to have the slightest bit of enthusiasm for DA and these Saints.

And the Saints did a wonderful job of showing why no one should be focusing on covering them in the media.

A lot of folks in here weirdly excusing the announcers for nonstop gushing over the rams
It's not "weird", there was just a lot more to gush over, and more interesting story lines. What do you want them to gush over the Saints for? "Wow, Al, look at that 28 yards of rushing the Saints have managed to get in three quarters - utterly breathtaking!" "Hey, that was a masterful drop by Olave. He really has come a long way." "The way the Saints defense just gets out of the way for the Rams' running game is a thing of beauty to watch."

I'm not asking them to gush over the Saints but the announcing was insane pro-Rams propaganda from start to finish.

That's the thing. It wasn't propaganda. They are legitimately a better and more interesting team. The storylines about Williams and Puka, the dominance of their offense. There is literally nothing interesting or admirable about this Saints team.

At the end of the 3rd quarter, the game was 27-7, and the game wasn't as close as the score suggested. The Rams were making the plays, the Saints weren't. The Saints best RB was Kamara, who had 19 yards in 9 carries, and a long one of 5, which means, he got only 14 yards in the other 8 carries. The Rams started to shut it down and kill clock at the end of the 3rd.

Hey @TomThomster7 are you having fun facepalming everyone's post in here? Would you care to share with the group exactly what you think was worth talking about with the pitiful performance that the Saints had on display tonight, rather than hiding behind your little facepalms?
