All of a sudden, the past two weeks, we are no longer seeing mash unit injury reports, we aren’t leaving games with tons of injuries, we aren’t seeing random names pop up during the week from getting hurt at practice.

Why is that?

Was the voluntary warm-up thing really that big of a factor? Are guys more motivated now to play through injuries with a guy like Rizzi? Was our HC before Rizzi milking injury reporting powers? Is it just a wild coincidence?

It really is odd, isn’t it?

Reminds me of my job. The people underneath me work for me and will go above and beyond bc I show them my passion and I give it my all. Other managers get the bare minimum.

Those players seen what was in DA.

Its a combination of everything.

People don't want to go above and beyond for a leader that doesn't lead. So likely :

  • Players were exaggerating injuries
  • Warmups lead to less injuries
  • We know DA was taking liberties to place people on injured list unnecessarily (see Kendre Miller, what other players has he done this to?)
The combo of all 3 being reversed is what we're likely seeing.
