i have two pairs of allen edmonds dress shoes. they are incredibly well made, so much so that i hate wearing them out of fear they will be scuffed etc.

I wear these Cognac Chukka's a few times a week depending on what I am doing for work or where we are going for dinner. I was supporting an event with the President of LSU a few years back and he commented we were wearing the same AE Chukkas.

It was a foot injury that essentially ended my career
Tore the ligaments between my big and second toe
bc I had to dance on that for about 6 weeks, the ‘thumb knuckle’ sticks out and is held by lots of scar tissue
I can really only wear mesh/fabric shoes
