Finally.... the Rod has come back to the Marvel Cinematic Universe!

I fully expect some of these will be relatively minor roles. Also, all those Fox-verse X-men are totally dying on Battleworld to make way for the new MCU X-Men.

I'm ready for the multiverse stuff to be over. Cool casting announcements but it's a lot to juggle and both Marvel's recent and the Russo bros post MCU output make me feel like they've got their work cut out for them.

We'll see. I'd love for them to get it together and have a strong resurgence.

This. There is absolutely zero change that OG X-Men are the ones going forward. Zero. Which is fine for me (save for Marsden). Again, Scott Summers (granted I stopped reading comics about 10 years ago) is my favorite comic book hero, and I was devastated on how he was treated in the original movies). But I understand we need to go forward.

The only thing that is interesting to me is they put so much effort into the young avengers only to not have them in some capacity? I'm sorry but Hailee nailed her performance and I would have liked to see her a part of this at the very least. Tommy was done exceptionally as well. I know it's probably not for the masses.

It hasn't been officially confirmed yet, but there's a lot of credible reports that they're well along in development of a Young Avengers show, but calling it "Champions" instead of Young Avengers.

Even the mention that Kamala was in California in DD shows they are working on something.

I have a theory that the Avengers disappear at the end of Doomsday, and between Doomsday and Secret Wars, we get a "Young Avengers"-type movie or show of the Jrs facing some type of Avengers-level threat.
