In honor of Drew inevitably breaking Dan Marino's single season yardage record, I will be adding Beefy Mac' to the menu. The normal Jambalaya and grilled falcon (Grilled shrimp with a jalapeno slice spliced through it) will also be served.

mondays are for red beans. and you know I got the ham bone from Thanksgiving in the freezer, mang.

Barq's glazed ham sammich from Christmas, and whatever else momma whips up. Plan on stopping at BWW on the way home from work(!) to get a start on the "liquid bread" part of the festivities.

I'm down here with you guys for christmas, drove through New Orleans today, man the dome was looking beautiful! I'm hoping to have a killer game day spread...not sure what that might be yet...but plenty of beer!!

A small amount of leftovers from Christmas dinner: either seafood gumbo, or roast, potato salad, baked macaroni, peas, apple/cranberry pie. Just a little bit though - I never eat much before heading to the Dome.
