Beefy Mac' Monday! What's everybody cookin' (1 Viewer)

my "to kill a dirty bird party" starts with the pit lighting at 730am. me and my brother are smoking a brisket for the families. putting it on as soon as its the right temp, hopefully 8/830. burning my fire pit, drinking, throwing the football. and having everything done and cleaned up before game time. then if/when the saints win tomorrow we are headed to academy for our division champs shirts.

I'm going to BJ's Pizza in Lafayette to watch the game. They have 40% off all 12" and 14" pizzas on Monday, so it's already a Monday night tradition for me. Exactly what I'm having on the pizza will depend on whether friend(s) join me.

im keeping it simple this monday since I work tonight and dont leave till 7 am. So when I get home ill taste test a 6 pack and if its good ill have a case of that for the game and maybe mix in some crown here and there.

Roasted Falcon.

Falcon Blood to drink.

Yes I'm sick like that. :covri:

BBQ or a burger from the bar. I work till 6, then off to the same bar I go to for every primetime game :ezbill:

Easy answer for big parties...gumbo!
I'm making pastalaya and trying to impress all my future Cajun inlaws :D

Oh well, looks like Philly Cheese Steak from Subway for me this week. They don't want me to do any cooking right now.

One of the first places my girl friend had to take me, miss her living in laffy!!
On another note finally decided making pastalaya...oh my god how wonderful it is to find seasoning and fresh sausage/chicken!! #hatelivinginGA

i've been wanting to make that but i've never tried it,, also is it easy to make,,, i've googled it and most of the people say its a bit hard

Go to Pat's and get a real cheese steak. I picked up one of those subway cheese steaks for lunch the other day and it blew. It is fun to go into Pat's with Saints gear on anyways, the Philly fans love it..lol

my friends are bringing different things to grill when we tailgate. my contribution you ask? a 1/5 of jaeger and a case of beer.
