Is Belichick plotting a return to the league, or is mainstream media making something out of nothing? Lol

However, reporters are saying it's a coming thing for college HCs to do. LolI find it hard to believe he hasn't signed a contract with UNC.
Good questionHow is he a UNC employee, operating under the guises of being one, if he didn’t sign his contract?
How stupid is the UNC front office and legal department?
If Belichik bolts, they get no $10M buyout but they will get new lawsuits to pay for.
Supposedly they are going to go from a budget of $4M NIL to the requisite $20M, which is still $5-$10M where Ohio State and Texas are. I find it hard to believe UNC is going to jump higher on NIL so quickly, so on that point, I don't blame Belichick for not signing his contract.
I don't think he's a fit for the college game and I would choose being a pro coach any day of the week than being a college coach - spending your life on little airplanes visiting high schools and now hoping your croots don't take a deal at a higher-paying school and fanbase.

Yep.Really don’t get the Lane Kiffin hate.
Every coach in CFB hops from team to team.
Not to get off topic, but plenty of coaches have been one and dones while jumping to a bigger program.Yep.
Not the way he did it at Tennessee.
Not worth arguing, lots more to it than that, we each have our opinion and that’s good with me.Not to get off topic, but plenty of coaches have been one and dones while jumping to a bigger program.
The only reason Tennessee got mad is because they never had the thought that they might be considered a “stepping stone” program.
If the same thing happened to Ball State, Temple, or Tulsa; no one would have cared.
