I think that's a bit of a reach trying to get someone here to say that the Steelers defense isn't elite. Why wouldn't they be considered elite? Because they lost in the playoffs too last year? They've won a SB or two so I think they deserve the title of "elite". And you're right, the falcons defense is definitely not there yet.

Falcon's are an 8-8 - 9-7 team that was extremely lucky last year while being exposed down the stretch...their margin of victory was like 4 points a game until the last few late season blowouts against injured and subpar teams....they didn't beat a team with a winning record by I think more than 6 all year.

Falcons are going to miss the playoffs if one or two things happen this year
1. If Ryan doesn't improve
2. If they are unable to upgrade their D without losing the strength of their OL

If they don't miss the playoffs they are still one and done most likely.

no i made the comparison of what GB did to us and what they did to the steelers to show u guys that the falcons Defense isn't as bad as you all are making it out to be, that's all..
