Honestly firing DA midseason is the worst thing they can do. Last thing the Saints need is someone to rally the troops, win 5-6 more games and turn a top 5 pick into a late teens/twenties pick.

That is true. I do think they rally and win a few more games to mess up a top 5 pick. Even if we have a top 5 pick, Loomis will just trade it away for some guy who is 32 years old and has hamstring injuries multiple times a season.
