The Bengals have long been known for being cheap. It's unfortunate and anti-seductive it's why so many of their players have left or why they couldn't get over their playoff hump. Marvin Lewis was a good coach..they didn't help him enough. Carson Palmer also left after frustration w/ them.In other words, they're being unnecessarily cheap. I say that because most business people would find a way to maximize that significant revenue stream or bring in minority owners like Mark Davis just did.
