I say it's that we gave up no future draft picks. We reset the narrative, now we have rounds 1-6 with picks in 2025 and a chance to get a compensatory 7th. We needed a reset and we got some good players at value. Not to mention, I think Holker definitely should have been drafted.

To fully appreciate the OP’s post, you have to think back to when we last had a full slate of draft picks (1st - 6th).

ya they are realizing that we are not a great team and one injury can lead us to a top 5-10 pick. can’t trade future picks with this core. brees era was a diff story
