NFL Draft Best WR prospect in the upcoming draft? (2 Viewers)

The CFP title game is disassociated from a traditional Bowl game...so they can put the championship games anywhere they want to now. It's an excuse to obviously bring Vegas into the rotation
Another NCAA money grab sounds like an NFL move.

I think city leaders in Indy (HQ for the NCAA) have been pressuring the NCAA for years to throw more dollars into the local economy. They already make Indy a host site for both NCAA bball tournaments every year and I think this is something similar.
No major local economy is built around tourism but sports leagues keep selling this story and locals eat it up. That's why so many people from New Orleans wind up in Houston and Atlanta, their economies are built around corporations, not tourism.

Treylon Burks. You can do a lot with him and he could be a #1 or a big slot like Colston was when he first entered the NFL. He can also do Deebo things.

Burks has also primarily been available for his team. That's a plus at WR.
I'm starting to step on the Burks bandwagon. I was shocked when I heard that he needed custom 5XL gloves made for his hands (11.5" hands?!).

Sad for Jamo right now. He might have been just the right fit for Winston and this offense.

Burks has the highest upside… If he hits his potential, he will be elite.
yea, but doesn't it bother you that Burks has the big NFL size and uncommon speed for his size. That Teams drool over, but he can't break out of the pack as a top 10 pick. Despite playing in the SEC (semi pro league.) I don't see anyone besides fans pounding on the table for him. He is a first round pick, but not top 10 pick. To much boom or bust for me. I think he may be over drafted.
Wilson and Olave are the “safest” WRs at the top of the class… They may not have the highest upside/potential, but they will be good NFL WRs (barring injury).
These guys are starters, and fit well in our system well. I would be shocked if Wilson falls to us at 17th pick, but Olave will be there. You are right, Olave is way safer then Williams, or London. Olave's route running will keep him productive for yrs.

It’s true, but elected officials and chamber of commerce types are always trying to bring more entertainment events, sports events, conventions to their cities to take care of hotels, restaurants, etc.

Here's an SI article for you. It's not just fans. The article is from Dec 6th with a month left to go in the NFL season.

11. New Orleans Saints WR Treylon Burks Arkansas

"Treylon Burks is not only the best prospect on the Arkansas Razorbacks, but he very may be the best wide receiver in the 2022 NFL Draft class. He has everything you look for in a dominant WR1 in the NFL - size, speed, catching ability, and work ethic."

Williams just tore his ACL, go ahead and scratch him off this list
He wasn't my guy, that's a tough break. How do you think that effects teams selections at WR. I think it goes Wilson, Burks, Olave, London now.
