Looks like ETH is on track for proof of stake this summer. With a halving it'll be interesting to see how far it runs.

So we’re going to get a halving 2x this summer, at which point ethereum’s tokenomics will also be fixed as there will no longer be any difficulty bomb to delay with bargains on how much mining rewards should be reduced as we saw fairly frequently a couple of years ago.

I fully expect crypto and NFT's to continue to unwind until most become worthless. That's when I think they the real investment can actually begin. Crypto is one of the only markets left that are 100% capitalism driven. Unlike big business, failure will be allowed and there is nothing to prop it up so the cream will rise to the surface while the garbage will get taken out.

I bet this is fairly common actually (inexperienced traders not stashing away the capital gains tax). If those numbers get big, it can be a problem.
