Black and Gold Christmas Tree... (1 Viewer)

I was in Garden Ridge tonight and saw a Black Christmas Tree...

It was sweet... this thing would have looked great decked out in all Gold Garland, ornaments and lights... If my place wasn't so small and I had the money this would be #1 on my list... To see this ting in person with lights on it was awesome... No pic can do it justice... Cost was about $150... But one day I will own one and everything on it will be Gold....

It would be perfect with a nice Lombardi Trophy replica on the top instead of a star or angel.
Lots of gold fleur-de-lis, tiny Saints helmets, etc. Would be strictly awesome!
Perhaps add some football cards scattered throughout starting with the oldest players at the bottom and working up the tree through the years with the Super Bowl team players near the top...

My In-laws had the Rickey Jackson mask (given at a game in 1988[?] as I recall) adorning the top of their tree for many years. It was awesome!

I may set to work on making an ornament replica of the Saints' Lombardi trophy for the top of the tree myself. The more I think about, the more I like the idea!

I found all kinds of Saints ornaments at Hobby Lobby this year, those would look good on dat tree sha!

Here's what I picked up and proud of... FDL~TP holder... for $3.75 at HL... Cast iron... Just need a speck of gold paint in it... Was bragging on it in the club... Got to quite shopping for myself this Christmas...

This picture didn't take very well, but we found a set of small Saints ornaments at Gordon's. By rows: black balls/gold FDL, gold balls/black FDL, white jerseys/black FDL, black jerseys/gold FDL and the bottom row is all black and gold footballs.
