This your your last regular season opportunity to make a BOLD prediction and earn the right to say "I told you so" after the fact. Yes, I know, many of you would rather continue the DA, PC, DC discussion from every other thread on SR.com, so you will, as you've done all season long. Boring.

My prediction? Cam Jordan turns back the clock registering 2.5 sacks including a strip/fumble recovery.

Yours?

Derek Carr, having a sense of not only what this game but what this rivalry means to this fanbase, has his best game of the season and steadily guides the team to victory. He’s supplemented in effort by local product Tyrann Mathieu, who makes a game-changing play on defense, and Pro Bowler Rashid Shaheed, who flips the field on a fantastic return to salvage what would have been bad field position.

30-17 Saints

The New Orleans Saints jump out to a 28-3 second quarter lead over the Atlanta Falcons.

Arthur Blank comes down to the Falcons sideline to give Head Coach Arthur Smith a vote of confidence with a contract extension just before Halftime.

Blank loans Smith his Tear-Soaked Hanky as an offer of condolences to help wipe Smiths Weeping eyes as they leave the field embracing each other. :bigcry:

The Saints win the game by a score of 58 to 3. It becomes the most points the Saints have ever scored against the Clowns and the 55-point difference in score ties the largest margin of victory between the rivalries while nodding the all-time regular season series record up at 55-55.

(A nod to Sammy Hagar who once sang "I-----Can't-----Drive-----55!!!!!)

My bold prediction is that I wont yell obscenities during the game....pending alcohol.

Derek Carr will have 400 + yards passing and 4 tds, which would put him in top 10 for both stats to end the year. Haters will still insist he sucks and is horrible, Saints win big, then the panthers choke on a 4th quarter lead and Tamps Wins the division.

Defensive forces 3 turnovers

Cam Jordan recovers one of those turnovers (fumble) in the endzone for a TD

Carr throws for 260+ and 3 touchdowns. 1) Juwan Johnson 2) Foster Moreau and 3) Rashid Shaheed

Hill and Williams have rushing touchdowns

Saints win 45-23

Its probably much more like a 21-20 game, but if we indeed miss the playoffs I feel our Saints will give us one last show of what could have been.
