I can understand someone not putting him at #1, but to not have him in your top three is pure ignorance and bias. Some people just like being contrarians I guess.

Was I imagining things or did they say his dream is to play for the saints?

The host as part of his presentation said that Burrow mentioned that it would be a dream to play for the team down the road (or something like that).

I watched it this morning, and what the host said was that his lifelong dream was to play in Drew Bree's home stadium, meaning the Superdome.

I took this to mean the College National Championship which will be played in New Orleans this year.

Not that his dream was to play for the Saints. Although he would probably love to play for Sean Payton in his system.

Since it's an LSU thread. We LSU fans are blessed to have something very few college programs have, we have one of our own guiding a very successful program. Coach O has purple and gold running thru his veins , born here not just a former player from out of state that played here and came back to coach but one that would turn down ANY other HC position in the country. Like joe said " Who wouldn't want to play their heart out for the guy " I take offense when people call him dumb or don't give him credit for LSU's success . A good HC finds talent , both player and coaches and he oversees the whole. he has the smarts to know when to let that talent flourish and when to interject, and when to hold them accountable. yeah coach O is dumb ..........................Dumb like a fox . Go Tigers

I honestly didn't thing having "one of our own" was a good thing. If you look at LSU history, usually the last thing you want is that. But in this case, I'm glad to have been proven wrong. Coach O has done a phenomenal job. He has put the right guys in position to succeed and he has done a great job of recruiting and motivating. Dabo does the exact same thing so if Dabo deserves credit, so does Coach O
