The sad thing is most people don't understand what they are dealing with, can't identify that's something is actually wrong or where it is coming from and it manifests in ways that you might not expect. Even when you know something is not right, it's REALLY difficult to admit that and seek help. Many times a person will want help, but are afraid of what others will think of them. Sometimes it takes a breakdown like Ridley had to set someone on the right path to healing. Many times people never hear the wake-up call or are too afraid/unable to answer.

With him M.T, OLAVE, SHAHEED and TQS that's a very nice group. At this point I would take TQS over Callaway.

100% it’s hard to see how things manifest, for the people that are dealing with it too, you find yourself lost. Really great to see him moving forward and your right, to be so open, so raw, may save someone with similar issues

I've dealt with depression. That deep dark hole is real. I hope he's gotten through it or is at least on his way through it.

If healthy he’d be your number one or one A if MT was healthy. Definitely not a 3. Also he’s shown he’s better than Olave for now at least when healthy.

Good for him. That was a great read, straight from the heart. I’m glad he made it through, hope he does well with the Jags, they’re a fun team with Pederson at the helm.

And by the way, Calvin Ridley got hit by Goddell Bountygate-hard. That was unfair, but good thing he used the time to get healthy, physically and mentally.
