I say no. If he sits behind Carr for the whole 2023 season and learns from Carr and Winston can he beat Carr for the starting job in 2024. He is 25 years old RIGHT NOW. So if he can't beat out Carr next season, he will be 27 the following season. Is this worth the #29 or the 40th pick? What says you?

There is absolutely way too much unknown information for anyone to answer this question in good faith. If what you are asking is, does Hendon Hooker have the talent to someday surpass Carr, and will we draft him, who knows? Is he talented, yes, but many QBs that come out of college are 'talented' and most flame out of the NFL, because it's on a whole different level. Will we draft him? Again, who the heck knows. The Saints almost never completely reveal their hand before the draft, and even if they did, any team between 1-28 could hypothetically decide that he is their guy. So we are back to square one, no one has a clue if we are going to draft Hooker, and if we do, they surely don't know if he will be worth a darn.

Is there any recent information on Alvin Kamara?

Will Mickey know the amount of games AK will be suspended before the draft?

How many spots do we move up if we give up our 2nd round pick #40?

I didn't know Hendon Hooker was already looking for a broadcasting job🤷
