It seemed like the Saints never even looked at this guy. I thought he looked like a really good option to improve wlb but I guess the saints disagreed.

We picked up a concussed linebacker and didn't even look at a younger tackling machine. Sounds like a great pickup for the Panthers.

I'm excited about this signing as well.... He was the Bungles leading tackler and most of the cincy fans are ****** that he is gone. Should do well as the WLB with Beaston playing the middle. I think the guy is about 26 so he has plenty of tread left and he came at a bargain price with the current FA contracts being handed out. A lb core Davis, Beason, Johnson seems pretty solid.
