I did not stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but everything I've seen reported has been that there is no greater risk of re-injury by playing? Also several QBs have returned with the same injury a week later. No clue if this is the right call, but I don't think we can fault the staff for letting him go this week.

Exactly what I’ve gathered. If he gets slammed down hard enough to re-injure it, he was going to get injured anyway. It doesn’t aggravate by just throwing.

This is our OL. If we are scared to play Care behind it now, we might as well concede the season anyway.

A report I read said is deep ball fine. The Saints need to work on their short quick passing game anyways.

No, it’s not hypocritical because Brees’ results are he’s a top 5 QB of all time.

I think you have to play Carr this week. We have to see how the OLine responds to getting him injured and if they'll play better, if the play calling will adapt/get better, etc. We need to see where the needle is pointing, and where things need to be changed. You don't get that with Winston.
