Is DA doesn't make a move on Pete, I think he is digging his own grave. If Pete remains OC the rest of the year, thats basically saying I have no answers and no will to find answers. I get the strategy of not making drastic moves in the middle of a season and creating panic, but this isn't that situation. DA needs to make a serious adjustment in an attempt to turn this season around. Otherwise, its his head on the chopping block too. I don't know if Curry taking over will be enough. If that doesn't work out either, can you say DA really did all he could to fix the season?

I for sure don’t think it happens before Thursday, but if we are flat after that game and with a long week coming up I could see it happening.

Realistically though who are we firing him for? Who is out there that we want that would come in and be an OC?

Needs to be a temp hire from within. If you go out and get someone you’re probably attaching yourself to them for more than this year. I’d like to see us just let Curry call plays and then do a full on interview process with all young NFL coaches

A lot of people point to the last 4 plays. Yeah it was atrocious but that was just the icing on the cake. How many times did we get inside the red zone and come away with no points? God awful. The Titans did everything they could to gift wrap the game for us. There's plenty of blame to go around but this is offense is a mess and there needs to be some accountability. I'm sick of hearing the "We gotta do better" blah, blah. Mabye Carmichael is doing the best he can, he just SUCKS.

Whatever the case may be a change must be made. We all know the definition of insanity

I wonder why carr didnt just audible at the line. Call a hot route up the seam... if he doesnt have the green light to do that thats just silly . Its clear Carr doesnt like PC

Has anyone stopped to think that maybe Shaheed and Olave are part of the problem as well? Shaheed is only in his second season and was mainly brought in as a return specialist. His speed and playmaking ability is awesome but his route running and awareness of where he needs to be is sometimes not that great. Olave has been shown on film throttling down on routs and occasionally not knowing his assignments. That totally screws with the timing of plays and probably leads to Carr holding the ball more often than not.

ITS THE JOB OF THE OC TO SCHEME AN OFFENSE TO THE STRENGHTS AND TALENTS OF HIS PLAYERS!!
