Carr wanted to be traded prior to restructure per NOF and CBSsports

I’ve never made an argument that Carr is so horrible. Show me where I’ve hated on Carr? Talking about how his career has gone, where it’s going with only few years left in it and wanting the team I’m a fan of to start looking toward the future isn’t hate.

And you don’t have to inflate his stats and career. He’s not a top 5 QB, he doesn’t have a winning record. He does only the minimum in the community. He’s had plenty of multi interception games. That’s a lot of the league, so I don’t hold that against him, but at least tell the truth about it.
He’s never had a multiple interception game with Saints. Ever.

And I didn’t inflate his stats. After looking it up I was wrong, he’s actually got a 4:1 TD to interception ratio with Saints.

And he just turned 34 like last week. For a QB that’s still two contracts from a big falloff.

And if you haven’t been one of the haters, I apologize. You jumped in pretty aggressively on their side so I made assumptions. Just like you assumed I was inflating his stats.

Oh, so you’re counting one 1/5 of his career and trying to convince people that the other 4/5 don’t count. Ok, good luck with that. Hell, by your standards he’s a freaking rookie because he’s never played a snap for Kellen Moore.

If you can’t even be honest about who he is, then we have nothing to talk about.

Derek Carr revealed who he is too many times to count. Yelling at teammates, taking for granted unearned trust, alienating players, and throwing bonehead interceptions at key moments. He's a Dennis Allen guy, and he's been a step back for the Saints, hence fired offensive coordinator (x2), and head coach.

If this thread dies, two more will replace its place.

HAIL HYDRA!!!

(Oh wait, wrong fandom board.)

As QB’s are almost always over drafted I wouldn’t be surprised if he is indeed gone.
Yep it happens every year and it’s unfair to the kids/young men coming out because they get drafted high with a ton of expectations. In QB weak drafts like this one your going to get someone go 1st over all and in last years QB rich draft the same QB is a mid first round to 2nd round pick.

That position is so important teams that find themselves in the top 10 picks almost feel like they have to burn that pick on a QB but try telling that to GQ average fan. They see their team pick a QB in the top 10 they have visions of Joe Burrow or Patrick Mahomes dancing in their heads.

Often times these poor kids are set up to fall flat and become a bust whereas had they went outside the top 10 they might have time to develop with a clipboard in hand and a baseball cap on.

I don’t care about what he’s done elsewhere. I’ve had two seasons to watch him here.

And here he’s played well and has received an insane amount of hate.

And in Oakland he made 3 pro bowls.

I don’t really know what you’re talking about

3 pro bowls as an alternate? Another that he didn't even play in? Tyler Huntley and Mitch Trubisky did that too, you want them starting? Come on man. Stop over rating Carr. He's fine, but not good and not what you want your team to aspire to have as their starter.

I'm pretty sure Chipotle along with Chili's, Appleby's, McDonald's,Taco Bell, Subway, and Burger King are the culturally accurate restaurants for Atlanta. Though some might complain that Cousins did not go to a local place like Chick-fil-A.
What do you mean by culturally accurate?
