Mexican court says cocaine use is legal -- for two people | CNN

In a landmark ruling, a court in Mexico City has said two people should be allowed to use cocaine legally.

So, apparently, 2 people mad a case and convinced a Mexican judge to rule their use of cocaine in small doses is legal.
