They do, but only about one thing. See the way it works is, we gotta sell as a team and if we sell a certain amount we can get up to 20% commission. Meaning if I sell $5000 worth of plans and services in a month and we hit that 20%, I'll get 20% of $5000 on my check. Now on the flip side of that I can sell $5000 in plans and services but if we fail to hit the goal as a team. I get no commission at all. That I think should change. I sell between $1200 and $2000 every week. Every once and again another associate will hit $900. I haven't been caught but maybe one time in the last two years. I'd like the way the commissions are done to be changed.

FYI you should quit whining about this because I sold computers at Office Depot (when I was in college) and I got $10/hr and $0 in commissions and I promise you I sold way more than $5k in plans per month.
