How confident are you that Dennis Allen will make the saints a play off team in 2024?

It's just frustrating knowing that this team won't be any good this year. I have zero confidence in this team right now. To be honest I'm really contemplating not watching until Allen is gone.
I haven't felt this way about the saints since the Ditka years. I was just wondering how you guys felt as well.

Are you psychic to know that this team won't be any good this year?

Shouldn't the Thread Title be Lack of Confidence?

Why would you be anything other than honest?

For anyone contemplating not watching will you still be here posting between now and the end of next season?

If so, why would you?

If you are so disenfranchised with the Saints, shouldn't you find something else to invest your time and energy doing than posting on a Saints Fan forum?

Football isn't at all like Kissing. You have to have your eyes open and watch in order to Get A Feel for What's Going On!

Football is more like Bird Watching. Without watching how would you know whether it was an Eagle or a Buzzard?

How would it be possible to come onto a fan forum and share firsthand intelligent discourse without having watched the topic of discussion?

Seems a bit silly to poll such in January when the team hasn't even filled out its coaching staff yet much less free agent acquisitions or drafted any players yet.

Or for that matter, lost a single game yet.

FWIW, I didn't vote in the thread poll, but now you won't have wonder any longer how I feel. Thanks for asking.

Just my 2 cents. SMH!

Wait wait wait. Dennis canā€™t vote 3 times.

Look at the pollsšŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜.

Those confident need to consider betting on the Saints with the preseason over-under number. My guess is that our number will be eight.

I have a different view of DA than most of you guys. DA got punked on the last play of a bad season, by the team offense. That leaves DA a lame duck coach in my eyes.

DA as a DC in the NFL.......easy top 5. Defense isn't one of DAs short comings. As one of his biggest critics, I can honestly say he is a great DC. But, DA as a HC fails to win early, both at the Raiders and here w/ the Saints. I don't think he really gets how to gather buy in from the players, and fans.

We have .0001% chance of making the playoffs in 2024. Look at the teams/QBs we play next year. All DA and Loomis have given fans in 2 seasons is football platitudes, and excuses. Without Sean/Drew, DA and Loomis's resume would look very underwhelming.

When Sean was here, I blamed Sean for EVERYTHING that went wrong. Because, I believed Sean made all personnel decisions. Mickey in my eyes did his job w/ the Cap, and was smart enough to stay out of Sean's way.

Mickey reinforced this notion by, never taking personal accountability or personal credit for players/football decisions. Mickey is running the offense of this team into the ground and nobody cares.

If Pete was the problem, why didn't they change him last year? A new OC isn't going to change the fortunes of this team. You think Loomis is going to hire an OC who is going to challenge him on personnel decisions?

It's 50/50 for me. OC hire will be huge.
