I went delicious miller lite because I don't have to get up early so I can stay up a little later tonight. While I'm done with youth football today was a pretty good day. My son is 76 spinning off a block on defense. He still has a long way to go but he's improved a lot this year and at some point it'll click for him and just because of his size he'll be a force to be reckoned with.

I'm at a very important crossroads. Trying to decide whether I go a few delicious miller lites or a few bourbon and cokes. Both have their upsides and really neither has a downside.

Opened a bottle of house red because I couldn't remember how long ago I bought it and had not exactly been concerned with it's aging. Decanted for an hour while the welcana settled in.

It's quite good paired with the molten peanut butter cups I make.

I've done both before....I like 1-2 bourbon/coke and you get that sweet then switch to delicious miller lite and you get the bitter.

As a side note....I typically do coke zero but when my wife was at the store I asked her to get me a 2L so I wouldn't work over my can supply. They didn't have zero in 2L so she bought me a regular coke. I haven't had regular coke and bourbon in years so I was excited about it. After 2-3 drinks I couldn't take it any more. Regular coke was way too sweet and it was a weird sweet so I went back to zero.

I no longer drink goldschlager or any schnapps. I drink it too fast and black out. The last time I drank goldschlager, I was pouring a shot and then the next thing I remember is waking up in the morning with barely any left.

I don't get blackout drunk every time I drink. I get out of control on on schnapps whereas I'm most every other time in control.
