Could the Saints play on a few Thursday Night games this year (1 Viewer)

There is no Sunday night game that evening, so thats not possible. Its a bummer that game isn't played a different week as it is a prime canidate the way things are going.

No ... I'm glad that game will be played during daylight, actually. As it is, it will probably get moved back to 3:15 p.m. ... so the second half would be played at night. I'd rather the early start for the best chance at decent weather (temperature-wise).

I bet you anything that the Saints/Panthers game on New Year's Eve turns out to be an important game too.

Yep ... the only way it wouldn't be is if the Saints go into that game two games ahead in the NFC home-field race. That would pretty much require going 14-1 through 15 games, I would think.

Keep an eye on http://www.nfl.com/schedules. Nothing else has been changed yet, but someone is going to be moved every Sunday. They have to announce it at least 12 days in advance. That means the November 19 late game should be announced today or tomorrow...

The Week 11 San Diego Chargers-Denver Broncos game on Sunday, Nov. 19, will be played at 8:15 p.m. ET on NBC and the Indianapolis Colts-Dallas Cowboys game that day will move to 4:15 p.m. ET on CBS, the NFL announced.
