Tony Chachere's is the cajun version of the Maryland Old Bay and clearly ... CLEARLY ... the inferior product. All hail McCormick & Company!

Hard disagree, Tony's is nothing like Old Bay. Tony is straight salt, garlic and cayenne (they call it "chili" powder but it's cayenne) based, it's got a bit of a kick......Old Bay is celery salt, black pepper, paprika, small kick from the pepper but not nearly as much as Tony's.....

I think Tony's is the more versatile spice, it goes better on more things, but Old Bay has it's place as well, great on fries, crabs/shrimp (of course).....to each their own....
