They have a paywall, and I respect that. But I am wondering whether anyone can provide the gist of what they are saying on how extensive the changes in the organization should be. Specifically, have they reached the point where they are saying the Saints need a new general manager? I would expect Triplett to reach that conclusion before Underhill, who over the years has defended Loomis's approach since Payton's departure. But I am curious. If both are saying it is time for change at the top, that would represent a big change in the media's coverage of the team.

Pick a tier.

Nick mentioned it on this morning’s live pregame show (which is free btw). He said if it happened he thinks it would be Mickey turning it over to one of his guys. He speculated that Mickey bringing in former GMs Mueller and David Ziegler could be to take a look at them for something like that. They said they’re going to ask more questions about the Ziegler hiring this offseason.

Saint Greg, thank you. I will show my ignorance and say I knew nothing about Dave Ziegler. It's going to be an interesting week after the Tampa game.

What tough questions do you want them to ask?
Mickey, how has the poor drafting contributed to these mediocre seasons?

Mickey, how much responsibility gets put on the front office for the inability to have enough depth to compete in a poor division?

Mickey, we saw how uneasy guys like DA and especially PC were talking to the media. How exactly do their personalities contribute to a winning culture. What exactly were their redeeming qualities that made you think they were capable of sustaining the culture Sean instilled here?

Mickey, this team has progressively gotten worse and worse while injuries seems to be the one common denominator in the last 4 years. How did the current cap situation play into making the Saints one of the worst teams in football?

Mickey, you keep referring back to the Covid year and it’s affect it had on your plan. How did 31 other teams deal with it and in 3 years you haven’t been able to overcome it?

Mickey, let’s talk about Sean leaving and the rumors he was willing to return after that year. Did that really happen? Who made the decision to keep DA and let Sean, the winningest coach in Saints history, go on to seemingly fix Denver’s problems?

Want me to go on?

What do you want them to say? They have been honest stating this is a bad team, no way around it.

The first ones would be directed to his strategy of loading contracts and what that has led too today…he has to answer for that. I don’t think that I have ever heard him asked in depth about this…instead it’s a whisky washy round about ask nothing press.

I’ll say this, not an Underhill fan but he’s been much less team friendly in the last couple months. Don’t get me wrong, he’s not doing anything to upset the flow but you can tell he’s as fed up as most of us.

Oh please not Mueller...

I'm sure those questions would get truthful and friendly responses.
