Dallas @ Seattle (1 Viewer)

I relished in this win for about .5 seconds. I dislike the Cowboys as much as anyone. But I was in Seattle for both games last year and man did it feel good for those .5 seconds to see them get beat at home by the Cowboys.

With that said (I live in Texas so you can imagine all the Cowboy love over here) now that they are on this streak, all the fans who had been so quiet for the past few years are acting like...well Cowboy fans. I was happy about the win for a brief moment but that moment has passed and I need them to go back to Romo throwing picks and the rest of the slop we had been seeing from them. Or else I am going to have to move out of the state.

Sometimes I wish I could experience a brief reprieve from my hatred of the Cowboys. I've tried but it's futile. In the last few hours I've Googled "How to cast voodoo" and "How to let go of hate". WikiHow has steps with pictures. I'm torn. It's probably easier to learn voodoo. If anybody has tips on either scenario and would like to share, please PM me.

cowboys showing the way to the whole league about how to beat the seahawks.
this cowboys team seems legit...

I think he was referring to them playing on Monday Night in Washington

I don't think so, he was speaking in the past tense as they were discussing the problems the Seahawks had with the Cowboys. Then again, it wouldn't surprise me since English isn't his strong suit.

Overjoyed that the Seahags lost. Now it's back to Dallas with the Cowgirls where they host the Giants. New York always plays them tough in Jerry World. Crossing my fingers.

We need a C & a G & possibly a T on offense. We need to make Brees feel secure in the pocket. Right now Brees is running for his life. To me, the rebuilding the OL is the first priority. With good pass blocking, and a with a strong running game, the Saints offense can put up points in the 30 points range. That wins many games.

Now rebuilding the defensive front 7 is also a priority. Shoring up the pass rush is paramount. With good pressure even a below average CB like PRob & C White looks decent. And we need a strong presence at MLB. Our gap containment is bad, for our ILBs are pushed around easily, so we have all kind of problems defending the run. That is not entirely our MLBs fault, a great deal of problems arise from the inability of our interior DL men....(Hicks, Bunkley) to shed blocks, and make a play. If they can't do that, they need to be replaced. So rebuilding the DL should be included in the priorities.

These problems need to be addressed foremost. For that we need good scouting, and right now that is probably the biggest (hidden) problem. Our scouts are not up to par. We draft players, just to release them later, when its obvious they suck. I blame scouting for that.

Now all that can't be accomplished through the draft alone. But with good FA acquisitions, and a good draft, we could return of being scary good in short order.
Ok, we have two (former) probowlers at guard, that wont be easy to replace.rebuild the front 7? Thats a LOT of work$$, and the FA corner to start oppositr Lewis wont come cheap.... Remember there is a cap space, and this as you state it wont be accomplished "in short order" you are talking about overhaul...that takes time and like you said, great scouting.

Watching highlights and the Seahawks are still getting away with mangling & tangling receivers. Had Dallas not tried to implode so often today (turnovers) this game might've been a blowout.

Agreed. The only solace was the fact that the refs allowed Dallas to do it as well. There were times the Seahawks' WR's were besides themselves. I thought it was hilarious. It's harder to play offense when someone is mugging you for 8 yards.
