N/S Dana White Says Gruden Shut Down Brady To The Raiders (1 Viewer)

Because when I'm looking for the inside scoop on NFL news my first thought is to look to the president of UFC...

...Wait, no it's forking not lol.

Well it often happens, before there are done deals, there are almost-done deals. It’s not like Brady was in love with the Bucs, it just happened to work out.

Brady probably would have been with the Saints now if Brees had retired earlier and instead of hating on Brady we’d all be loving him.

It’s fun to think of the “could’ve been” I guess.

Theres about a few teams with that story. The Dolphins, Niners, and now Raiders.

Isn’t the story that Brees officially retired behind the scenes after the 2019 season, it was an unkept secret at the Pro Bowl and it was simply a case of waiting for the official announcement.
Then he heard that Payton wanted Brady to come (and judging by the Miami stuff Brady would have been open to it) and decided he couldn’t watch Brady come and win with his team and stayed one more year.

Ironically Brady beat Brees in his last game in the league and went on to win the Superbowl anyway.

How and why would Brady get traded to Vegas.

I ain't gonna lie I would of been ecstatic if Brady came over.

But I think with Winston here it will all work out

Gronk is in that video not denying it. Heck, Gronk once told the story about how he was going to be traded to the Lions and decided to retire instead. He’s pretty honest about things

That’s one story. Not sure it’s been confirmed but it’s believable.

IF Brees was going to retire and then changed his mind just to prevent Brady from winning with us, well I don't like that one bit. I love Brees but he was done and he may have prevented us from winning a Super Bowl. Brady doesn't have the deep ball issue that Brees got so we wouldn't have sputtered in the playoffs.

Well it’s not like Gronk isn’t right there agreeing
