Now that the news is official, I want to take a moment and thank one Mr. Darren Rizzi. He brought a spark, common sense decisions, and was a consummate professional. Thank Darren, you deserve more than what we can give you.

not sure where this organization would be without his kicker and punter selections over the past few years, his lockerroom rearrangement and the flipping of practice fields. Re-defining moments of our franchise. Now that the news is official, I want to take a moment and thank one Mr. Darren Rizzi. Was hoping we’d go after the best which is John Fassel, at worst he’s top 2, but he was scooped up in late Jan.Would/could he be enticed to stay?
He did. I will also always remember his snapping back at Arthur Smith instead of apologizing to him like ultra beta DA did.He made the second half of the season fun.
i wonder if he's hesitant to want to coach under Sean Payton, since he's gotten a taste of the real thing. i suspect not because Sean fired his STC a month ago..I appreciate Rizzi coming in and steadying the ship at the end of the season That is a really crappy job to take on and he did it like the professional he is. If he truly want to be a head coach in the NFL someday, he needs to skip the special teams job with the Broncos and try to land an offensive or defensive position coach / assistant head coach with a team. He needs that experience more than another special teams position to land a head coaching job. A couple of year coaching receivers or linebackers or something would really cement his credentials.
Coaching under Sean is probably a good gig. He's been pretty loyal to his group of coaches and is always happy for them to get promotions on other teams. Rizzi should try to get the Broncos TE's coaching job that opened up when Declan Doyle left for Chicago to be OC.i wonder if he's hesitant to want to coach under Sean Payton, since he's gotten a taste of the real thing. i suspect not because Sean fired his STC a month ago..
