Darren Rizzi Appreciation Thread (6 Viewers)

I wish he'd stayed as the HC but apparently the team felt the need to go elsewhere. I believe he'll be a really good HC someday. Hopefully he gets that opportunity.

Beating the Falcons will always be amazing in my book. Those fans were so delusional. As we were leaving the game, they were saying "we'll be back here in February".

I guess that must have bout a ticket like everyone else lol :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

This may have been posted but now that I think about it that post about Denver making him ST’s coordinator doesn’t hold weight.

It would be a downgrade from his current title of Asst HC/ST’s coordinator and we can block lateral moves

Yeah Rizzi should be here unless we allow his exit

An IHC sticking around after missing out on the top job doesn’t seem to happen often, but I was able to find an example. Terry Robiskie was OC for the Browns and was named IHC late in the 2004 season. He stuck around as WR coach for a couple of years after the Browns hired Romeo Crennel. It was Robiskie’s second IHC job (he did not stick around after missing out on HC the first time with Washington).
