N/S DE Myles Garrett requested a trade [Myles Garrett signs new 5yr/$204.7 million extension] (18 Viewers)

I see him playing for the Ravens. They will work it out to get him on that defense.

No way in any hell he comes to New Orleans. He wants to win a Super Bowl. Not go from worst to bad.
They’re not going to trade him inside their division. I think Detroit should be working on their offer right now.

Fair point with the division. The Ravens are magicians with their off season moves though and it would cost the Ravens A LOT to get him in the division.

Now, Buffalo and Detroit possibly. I could see Howie Roseman working some crazy Philadelphia deal out or the Commanders going for him.

I just know that there are three sure things in this life: water is wet, the sun is hot and Myles Garrett ain't coming to New Orleans.

The Commanders feel like a good spot with Daniels on his rookie deal and pretty good cap available.

First team that came to mind. NFC team with 3rd most cap space who made a deep playoff run with a rookie QB. Garrett and Luvu make for a good 1-2 punch plus very good DTs. Wash needs 1-2 pieces on D and they stop having to boat race teams as the 18th most points against (Saints 19th).

He’s already 29 and will be 30 going into next season. Most DE’s slow up around 32.

I’m not saying no, I’m saying someone is likely going to drastically over pay in compensation for him, and it better not be us.

Now, if we can get him for like. 3rd, that would be great. But how can you afford his co tract given our current state? And is it worth it since it will likely take more 2 years to make this team competitive from a post-season standpoint, when his performance will likely start to reduce in some capacity due to age
Hopefully they do right by him and trade him to a contender. However, I understand it's a business.

Lets get the taste out our mouths, WE ARE BROKE, we most definitely could trade a 2nd rounder for him and make it work but we can't afford him. Moving on!

Something tells me, this guy ends up in Atlanta.

All kidding aside I could see Buffalo or Washington as the prime landing spots.

The Lions doesn’t make as much sense as Hutchinson comes back next year.

Ultimately who knows just guesses there.

I don't see how the browns let him go to Cincy or Baltimore. But they made the Watson deal so who knows
