if there was a 'contributor / pay function' to allow users to attach .wav files to a thread title that would auto-play when a viewer 'moused-over' the title, then these forums would be full of farts, burps, toilet flushes, and the intro to 'It's Raining Men!'

I don't think there is anyway to resize it small enough while keeping its integrity. The restriction is just too small.
