Asking for those who watched? Read on another board that he was against scrubs and still did nada….hoping this isn’t true as we need him to be decent.

I’ve been so focused on seeing how Penning is doing that I’d completely forgotten about Foskey.

Gosh no. I was rooting for him but I didn't see any improvement. He seems stiff and doesn't have any pass rushing moves. I didn't see him trying to over power the blockers. Anyone that put a hand on him he is out of any plays. Helfln or Lalos played better.

That is almost exactly what the other board is saying, not good news at all. Especially against folks who won’t be in the league in a few weeks. I’m starting to get a tad worried about him.

I really like the guy. With Turner injury history, I wanted him to be at least serviceable. But the undrafted guys are making more of an impact than he is.

lol yeah, I had no idea myself till a few years ago….went twenty plus years with this being my only stop for Saints news, now that’s a daily stop too.

If he did indeed play late in the game against folks who won’t be in the league then that’s not good news.

I was watching him specifically. Didn’t do much on pass rush and was awful on run plays - lost outside contain multiple times, giving the RB an easy bounce outside for big gains.

Foskey looks bigger. He had 1 good early pass rush rep. He had 1 absolutely terrible rep that gave up the edge when he dive inside on a run play resulting in 27yd that go called back. He disappeared on most reps which is a terrible sign. Zero tackles and a non-factor against 2s and 3s.

Nope.

He's still stiff as a board. Zero bend or ability to turn the edge. Still a speed to power only guy.

Which IMO says more about the shape of our OLine since he's been having a good camp.

The Saints can't really afford these early-round whiffs.
