For real, also after we drafted foskey I put on the tape and it took like 30 seconds to see this dude literally had 0 bend but got by because he was just faster than everybody

I seen Foskey doing the same most head scratching thing i have ever seen from a DE against Cardinals & seen him do exact same thing last season.. At times at snap of ball on a running play, Foskey has a habit of just standing there and not even moving. No way this is being coached by any coaches. I never seen another DE in NFL doing this.

Exactly, he isn’t a pass rusher. He’s a watch, diagnose then try and disengage and chase. Honestly he’s an off ball linebacker but he’s too big

Terrible pick then and now. There was someone on the Saints subreddit that said the night before the draft we were looking at Foskey as our 1st round pick we liked him so much.

I looked back on their draft picks over the years and I have to agree with you. They don’t count as a big power school lol.

I say make Foskey and Penning go up against each other on every single rep the rest of TC…. Maybe they will magically disappear into some kind of draft bust vortex black hole and save us the trouble of cutting them both.

Didn't really notice him make any plays. A lot of the time he may have had a responsibility that kept him from making the play, but I was kind of hoping to notice him in on a few tackles or something.

I am not a SP fan but I did like that he kept the best players regardless of draft position. Not many coaches do. Haslett, for example would stick with draft picks and let the team fail.

It has to be that some of these guys are just happy getting the draft day paycheck, then trying to make it through a couple years, then onto a Bigboy job. Either that or they are just slow at understanding the flow of the NFL game, or both.
