I thought Tomlin was making a huge mistake replacing Fields. In the short term it looked like a good move. I think it hurt them as the season went on. Russell feasted off of lesser teams.If he can find a Baker Mayfield-esque QB, he essentially solves his QB problem in the short-term and Steelers likely go 11-6 or maybe even 12-5 and win their division although Baltimore and Cincinnati, to a lesser extent, still give them problems.
